Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By using kilomile.app (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
2. The Service
Kilomile is a static web app that turns a Strava activities.csv export into shareable recap cards. Your file is processed entirely in your browser and never leaves your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The free tier is available to everyone. Free cards carry a small kilomile.app watermark and are limited in resolution.
3. PRO purchase and licence
PRO is not on sale yet. This section and the next two apply once PRO purchases open.
PRO is a one-time purchase. There is no account and no subscription. PRO unlocks:
- Editorial, Retro, Mono & Pop themes
- Every new theme we add
- Optional PRO badge
- No watermark, full resolution
No watermark means the kilomile.app mark is not added to your cards. The PRO badge appears only if you turn it on.
Price. Rp29.000, paid in Indonesian rupiah, including or excluding taxes as shown at checkout. Early-supporter price: Rp15.000 for orders started before 1 January 2027, 00:00 WIB (UTC+7). The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
Licence. When you buy PRO we grant you a personal, lifetime, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the PRO features. “Lifetime” means for as long as we operate the Service. You may not resell, share publicly, or transfer your licence or licence link.
4. Payments
We don’t process payments ourselves. Checkout is handled by Midtrans, an Indonesian payment gateway, on its own payment page. You pay in Indonesian rupiah by bank virtual account, GoPay or QRIS. Card payments are not accepted.
Midtrans handles your payment details under its own terms and privacy policy. We never see your bank account or wallet details.
Refunds. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. In short: you can preview every PRO theme before buying, so we refund when something went wrong on our side (a double charge, PRO not activating and not restorable, or PRO not working), not for a change of mind.
5. Restoring access
After payment you receive a signed licence link. Opening it stores your licence in your browser. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, you can restore PRO at any time by:
- opening your licence link again, or
- entering your order ID on our restore page, which opens together with PRO purchases.
To make restoring possible we store only paid order IDs on our server. We do not store names or email addresses. If a purchase is refunded, its order ID is removed, so it can no longer be restored, and you are no longer licensed to use PRO under that purchase. A licence link you saved earlier may still unlock PRO on a device, but that use is not covered by these Terms. Please keep your licence link or order ID somewhere safe.
6. Acceptable use
Please don’t:
- break, overload, or try to bypass the Service’s licensing or security;
- copy, resell, or redistribute the PRO themes or the Service itself;
- use the Service for anything unlawful.
7. Your content
The cards you create are yours. You decide whether and where to share them. We don’t receive your activity data or your cards, and we claim no rights to them. You are responsible for what you put on and share with your cards.
8. Strava trademark
Kilomile is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Strava, Inc. “Strava” is a trademark of its owner and is used only to describe which export file the Service reads.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Stats and figures on cards are calculated from your export file and may be estimates or contain errors. We don’t promise the Service will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every export format, now or in the future.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for PRO. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. We’ll post the new version here and update the date above. Changes won’t take away PRO features you have already paid for.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
